🧾 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

• Maximum age limit: 63 years (as on closing date of application)

Who Can Apply:
Retired personnel from Central Government Services or Autonomous Bodies in the following cadres:

➤ Category 1:

• Cadre: Technical Assistant / Technicians

• Area of Experience:

  • Wafer Fabrication

  • Utilities for Wafer Fabrication

  • VLSI / MEMS

  • Assembly & Packaging

  • Testing

  • Fire & Safety

• Experience Required: Minimum 10 years

➤ Category 2:

• Cadre: Assistant

• Area of Experience:

  • Accounts

  • Purchase & Stores

  • Personnel & General Administration

  • Canteen

• Skills Required: Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally, ERP

• Experience Required: Minimum 10 years

💰 Remuneration Details

• For Pensioners:
  Last Basic Pay – Gross Pension drawn

• For Non-Pensioners:
  50% of the last basic pay drawn (consolidated)

• Other Benefits:

  • Transport allowance (as per rate at retirement)

  • TA/DA during official tours (as applicable)

  • No HRA or accommodation

  • No other allowances applicable

🕘 Working Conditions

• Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (including shifts for technical consultants)

• Duty on Holidays/Weekends: May be required based on work demand (no compensatory leave)

• Leave: 1.5 days paid leave per month, up to 5 consecutive days allowed per spell
