Job Role & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a key role in the smooth administrative functioning of various academic and executive programs.
The primary responsibilities include:

Handling daily secretarial and administrative tasks

Managing correspondence and drafting reports

Processing bills, IOMs, reimbursements
-
Data tracking, retrieval, archiving, and analysis

Coordinating logistics through internal IIMB systems

Organizing events like conferences and symposiums

Managing learning content on Moodle (LMS)

Interfacing with faculty and internal teams

Supporting execution of program milestones

Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
