Eligibility

B.Sc (Chemistry) or Diploma – Chemical Engineering

Minimum 20 years experience in cement industry / heavy industry

Strong knowledge of Pyro Section, Kiln, Cement Mill operations
Job Responsibilities
-
Troubleshooting & stabilization of Pyro Section operations
-
Operation & optimization of Kiln and Mills
-
Monitoring shutdown maintenance activities
-
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation
-
Must be ready for shift duties & 24×7 availability

Must provide medical fitness certificate
2️⃣ Supervisor – Shift Operation (Instrumentation Dept.)

Upper Age Limit: Max 55 years
Monthly Pay: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities

Shift maintenance from LS Crusher to Packing Plant

Shutdown maintenance for Kiln & Coal Mill sections
-
Monitoring & executing instrumentation maintenance
-
Smooth running of Kiln & Coal Mill operations

Any task assigned by HOD (E&I) / Competent Authority
Contract Details
-
Supervisor (Pyro Section): 1 year or up to age 62

Shift Operation: 3 years (extendable by 1 year based on performance)

Leave: 1 paid leave per month

Accommodation: Quarters may be provided if available

No EPF/ESI (Lump-sum salary)
