Parala Maharaja Engineering College (PMEC), an autonomous institution affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha, has released an official notification for Walk-in-Interview to engage eligible candidates on an outsource basis for multiple professional and technical positions.
This recruitment is purely temporary in nature and selection will be made through a written test followed by viva-voce.

Post-wise Eligibility & Remuneration
Placement Officer
• Qualification: B.Tech with MBA (HR), minimum 60% marks
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant field
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹35,000 (consolidated)
System Manager
• Qualification: B.Tech with MCA, minimum 60% marks
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant field
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹35,000 (consolidated)
Assistant Librarian
• Qualification: Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with minimum 60% marks
• Additional Requirement: Knowledge of library computerization
• Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹35,000 (consolidated)
Technician
• Qualification: M.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry) OR M.Tech (MME/Chemical/Mechanical/Ceramic) with minimum 60% marks
• Experience: Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in SEM & XRD techniques, including sample preparation, data analysis, operation, calibration, and maintenance
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹35,000 (consolidated)
Selection Process
• Stage-I: Written Examination
– 40 MCQs from relevant subject
– Total Marks: 80
– Duration: 1 Hour
• Stage-II: Viva-Voce
– Total Marks: 20
• Qualifying Marks: 50 out of 100
Application Fee
• ₹500/- (Non-refundable)
• To be paid through Demand Draft / Bank Draft
• In favour of Principal, Parala Maharaja Engineering College, payable at Berhampur

• Duly filled and signed application form (Annexure-I)
• Original certificates and mark sheets of all examinations
• One set of self-attested photocopies
• Experience certificates (if applicable)
• One passport-size coloured photograph (signed)

Important Instructions

• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
