10th + Diploma (MLT / DMLT) + 2 years experience in laboratory / surveys / camps OR 3-year Graduate degree in Microbiology / Biotechnology + 1 year experience in laboratory / surveys / camps |
High School or equivalent (Desired: One year of relevant work experience) |

Not exceeding 28 years on the date of walk-in interview / written test |

How to Attend the Walk-in Interview

Download and fill the prescribed application form from the official website.

Bring the filled application form along with one set of self-attested photocopies of certificates and all originals for verification.

Carry recent passport-size photographs.
-
Report at the venue at the specified reporting time.

Candidates already employed must submit a No Objection Certificate from their current employer/PI at the time of interview.

No TA/DA will be provided for attending the walk-in interview / written test.
Key Points / Notes

The above positions are purely temporary and project-based, co-terminus with the project.

Candidates who have rendered service in ICMR Projects/Institutes for more than three years are not eligible.

Selection may involve a written test if more than 30 candidates report. Qualifying marks: SC/ST – 35%, UR/OBC/EWS – 40%.

The Director reserves the right to increase/decrease/cancel the recruitment without notice.

The final selection list will be placed on the ICMR-NIIRNCD and ICMR websites.

Candidates must bring all original documents at the time of joining; failure to do so will lead to cancellation of candidature.

Age, qualification, and experience will be reckoned as on the date of the walk-in interview.

The engagement can be terminated with one-month notice from either side.

No benefits like PF, LTC, Medical etc. will be provided as these are purely project positions.
