Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Hospital, Manesar, Haryana invites applications for recruitment of Full Time / Part Time Contractual Specialists, Senior Residents (Three Year) and Part Time Contractual Super Specialists. The recruitment will be conducted through Walk-in Interview at ESIC Hospital, IMT Manesar, Haryana.

Application Fee

• SC/ST/PWD/Female/Ex-Servicemen candidates: No fee.

• All other candidates: ₹500/- via Demand Draft.

• Application must be submitted separately for each post along with the requisite fee.

• Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

How to Apply / Attend

• Report to the Office of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Sector-3, Plot No. 41, IMT Manesar, Gurugram (Haryana) on the specified date and time.

• Bring original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies of educational qualifications, experience certificates, age proof, and other relevant papers.

• Carry three recent passport-size photographs.

• Submit a Demand Draft of the applicable fee at the time of document verification-cum-walk-in interview.

• Selected candidates must submit a refundable security deposit fee of ₹12,000 as Demand Draft in favour of ESIC Fund Account No. 2 at the time of joining.

• Candidates claiming reservation/age relaxation must bring the latest category certificate as prescribed by Government of India.

• Government servants should produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department at the time of interview.

• Private practice of any kind will not be allowed during the contract period.

• Engagement is purely contractual and subject to yearly performance review; no claim for regular appointment or continuation beyond the contract.

• The number of posts may increase or decrease at the discretion of the Medical Superintendent.

• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.

• Candidature is provisional, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

• Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Manesar reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage.

• Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility conditions before appearing in the interview.
