Eligibility Criteria for IOL Project Technician Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

• Matriculation (10th Pass) and
• NTC / NAC (National Trade Certificate / National Apprenticeship Certificate) in the relevant trade from NCVT.

For Ex-Servicemen:

• Class-III (equivalent to NAC)
• Class-II & Class-I (equivalent to NTC)

❌ Engineering Diploma/Degree holders without NTC/NAC are NOT eligible.

Age Limit (As on Closing Date)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 32 years

Age Relaxation

IOL Project Technician Selection Process 2025

The selection process includes two stages:

1. Merit-Based Shortlisting

Shortlisting based on percentage of marks in NTC/NAC final exam.
Candidates will be shortlisted 1.25 times the number of vacancies.

2. Trade Test (Practical)

The trade test is qualifying in nature.
Candidates failing the test will be disqualified.

Final Merit List

Prepared only on the basis of NTC/NAC percentage (Trade Test must be passed).

IOL Project Technician Salary 2025

Selected candidates will receive:

• Basic Pay: ₹20,000/- per month
• Industrial DA + HRA (as applicable)
• Annual Increment: 3%
• Tenure: 1 year, extendable up to 4 years
