Madras High Court Law Clerk Eligibility 2025
1. Age Limit
- Must NOT have completed 30 years as on 1 January or 1 July 2025.
2. Educational Qualification
Candidates must:
- Be a Graduate in Law under patterns like 10+2+3+3, 10+2+5, etc.
- Hold a degree recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Have completed the degree within the minimum duration.
- Have obtained the Law degree in 2020 or later (within 5 years from notification).
- Not be pursuing any other course requiring mandatory attendance.
