1. Age Limit (as on 22.01.2026)

• Minimum: 15 years
• Maximum: 24 years

2. Age Relaxation

• SC/ST – 5 years
• OBC-NCL – 3 years
• PwBD – 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen – As per service rules

3. Educational Qualification

• 10th pass with 50% marks
• ITI certificate in Fitter / Electrician / Machinist / Welder (NCVT/SCVT)

4. Medical Fitness

• Must meet the medical standards under Apprentices Act
• Medical certificate by a Govt. doctor (minimum rank: Assistant Surgeon)
