Haryana Medical Officer Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
(i) Graduate in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized University or any other University or Institution recognized by the National Medical Commission (erstwhile Medical Council of India); and.
(ii) Permanent Registered as Medical Practitioner with National Medical Commission (erstwhile Medical Council of India) or any other State Medical Council in Indian Union; and .
(iii) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standared or higher education. Preference shall be given to candidates having MD/MS degree/PG diploma approved by NMC (erstwhile Medical Council of India).

- Maximum: 35 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Haryana Govt. norms.

Important Notes:
1. Non-Refundable Fee: Once paid, the application fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Fee Payment Requirement: Applications without the prescribed fee (unless exemption is claimed) will be automatically rejected.
3. No Fee Transfer: The fee paid cannot be transferred to any other examination or selection process.
Final Merit Calculation:
The final merit of a candidate will be determined based on the following allocation of marks:
1. Written Test: 100 marks
2. Post Graduate Degree: 14 marks
3. Post Graduate Diploma: 10 marks
4. Degree and Diploma: If a candidate holds both a Post Graduate Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma, only the marks for the Degree will be considered.
5. Professional Experience: Experience in professional work and service in any Government or Government-aided health institution, including boards and corporations, will be awarded up to 10 marks (Maximum). This will be calculated at 2 marks per complete year of experience.
The final selection list will be published on the Health Department website after the verification of the documents uploaded in support of the candidate’s claims.
Special Instructions for Application Submission:
Ø Read Carefully: Candidates must read all instructions before filling out the online application. Ensure all details are correct before submission. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
Ø Accurate Information: Double-check details like name, date of birth, qualifications, and photo before submitting the form. No changes will be allowed once submitted.
Ø Multiple Applications: Only one application should be submitted. If multiple applications are submitted, the one with the highest application number will be considered. Ensure all details in the highest-numbered application are correct.
Ø Application Submission: After payment, print and upload the application form. The hard copy must be brought when requested along with all uploaded documents.
Ø Eligibility Check: The application will be rejected if the candidate does not meet the eligibility criteria by the closing date.
Ø Required Documents: Upload the following:
o Signed passport-size photo
o Signature
o Date of Birth certificate
o Aadhar Card
o Educational qualifications, including MBBS and Post Graduate degrees, internship, and 10th/12th mark sheets
o Caste and other category certificates (if applicable)
o Experience certificates (if applicable)
o PwBD certificate (if applicable)
o Haryana Domicile/Resident certificate (if applicable)
o NOC for Haryana Govt. employees (if applicable)
Ø No Objection Certificate (NOC):
o Haryana Government employees who haven’t executed a bond can apply without NOC but must submit a self-declaration.
o Employees with executed bonds need to submit an NOC.
o Private sector employees don't need an NOC.
Ø PwD Candidates:
o PwD candidates must meet specific functional requirements and may request extra time in the exam.
o PwD candidates requiring extra time must submit a medical certificate.
o Candidates must arrange for their own scribe, who should be a student up to 10+2 level.
