Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI), a Central Government PSU under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, has released Advertisement No. TCF/02/CONT/ADVT-13/2025 for recruitment of experienced retired/qualified professionals on a Fixed-Term Contract Basis at Tandur Cement Factory, Telangana.

Walk-in interview will be conducted on 05 December 2025 (Friday).

Vacancy Details

1️⃣ Supervisor – Pyro Section (Production Dept.)

Total Posts: 01
Upper Age Limit: Max 62 years
Monthly Pay: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 (Negotiable)

Eligibility

• B.Sc (Chemistry) or Diploma – Chemical Engineering

• Minimum 20 years experience in cement industry / heavy industry

• Strong knowledge of Pyro Section, Kiln, Cement Mill operations

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & stabilization of Pyro Section operations

• Operation & optimization of Kiln and Mills

• Monitoring shutdown maintenance activities

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation

• Must be ready for shift duties & 24×7 availability

• Must provide medical fitness certificate

2️⃣ Supervisor – Shift Operation (Instrumentation Dept.)

Total Posts: 01
Upper Age Limit: Max 55 years
Monthly Pay: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 (Negotiable)

Eligibility

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech – Instrumentation Engineering

• Minimum 2 years experience in cement manufacturing industry

Job Responsibilities

• Shift maintenance from LS Crusher to Packing Plant

• Shutdown maintenance for Kiln & Coal Mill sections

• Monitoring & executing instrumentation maintenance

• Smooth running of Kiln & Coal Mill operations

• Any task assigned by HOD (E&I) / Competent Authority

Contract Details

• Supervisor (Pyro Section): 1 year or up to age 62

• Shift Operation: 3 years (extendable by 1 year based on performance)

• Leave: 1 paid leave per month

• Accommodation: Quarters may be provided if available

• No EPF/ESI (Lump-sum salary)

• Candidates must have their own medical/accident insurance
