- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 45 years
- Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen as per HP Government rules.

1. CBT / Written Objective Screening Test
Merit list will be prepared based on exam scores. If conducted in multiple shifts, the Z-Score Method will be used.
2. Skill Test (Qualifying)
For posts like Steno Typist/JOA where typing or shorthand skills are required.
3. Document Verification
For candidates shortlisted after written and skill tests.
