IIM Tiruchirappalli Recruitment 2025 for 07 Non-Faculty Regular Posts

Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Trichy), a premier centrally funded management institution under the Ministry of Education, has released Recruitment Notification Ref. No. EST-II/A-02/2025/004 dated 14 November 2025 inviting online applications for 07 Non-Faculty Regular Positions in administrative, systems, Hindi, and accounts roles.

Applications must be submitted online only through the Institute’s recruitment portal.
Selection will involve Written Test / Skill Test / Trade Test / Interview, as applicable.

🎯 Age Limit (Post-wise as on 16 Dec 2025)

• Senior Administrative Officer Gr-I – Up to 55 years

• Senior Administrative Officer Gr-II – Up to 50 years

• Administrative Officer – Up to 45 years

• Junior Systems Engineer Gr-II – Up to 40 years

• Junior Assistant (Hindi) – Up to 32 years

• Junior Accountant – Up to 32 years

Age Relaxations (as per Govt. of India norms):
SC/ST: +5 yrs | OBC-NCL: +3 yrs | PwBD: As per RPwD Act | Ex-Servicemen: As applicable

Regular Non-Faculty Positions

📚 Educational Qualifications & Experience:

1. Senior Administrative Officer Gr-I – Level 12

Qualification:

• PG Degree + PG Diploma in Management with Computer Knowledge OR

• MBA (any specialization) with Computer Knowledge OR

• Engineering Degree + Management Degree/Diploma with Computer Knowledge

Experience:

• 12 years post-qualification administrative experience

• Must include 3 years in Level-11 OR 6 years in Level-10

• Experience must be in Govt./PSU/Central Autonomous/Reputed Institutions

Other Requirements:

• Excellent English communication

• Resource management & interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Govt. rules, e-office, computer operations

Preferred:

• Experience in Centrally Funded Technical Institutions

• Experience in General/Academic/Personnel/Student Affairs/Purchase

2. Senior Administrative Officer Gr-II – Level 11

Qualification: Same as SAO-I
Experience:

• 10 years relevant administrative experience

• Must include 3 years in Level-10

Other requirements & preferences same as above.

3. Administrative Officer – Level 10

Qualification: PG Degree + PGDM OR MBA OR Engineering + Management Diploma
Experience:

• 8 years relevant administrative experience

• 5 years in Supervisory/Independent role

Preferred:

• Experience in central institutions, MS Office, web conferencing, Hindi knowledge

4. Junior Systems Engineer Gr-II – Level 6

Qualification:

• B.Sc (CS/IT) / BCA OR

• BE/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE/Electronics
  Experience:

• 6 years relevant ICT experience in Govt/PSU/Reputed Institutions

• Must include Level-2 & above ICT support

Other Requirements:

• English communication, Certified in CCNP/BCNE/Fortinet NSE-4/RHCE/MCSE

• Hands-on network, switches, wireless controllers, L3 devices, data center systems

5. Junior Assistant (Hindi) – Level 4

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi/English combinations as per norms

• Hindi typing + translation skills (Hindi↔English)

Experience:

• 4 years experience in Hindi translation & Hindi implementation work

Skills:

• MS Office, English & Hindi fluency

6. Junior Accountant – Level 4

Qualification:

• B.Com with computer knowledge OR

• Any degree + Inter-CA/Inter-ICWA with computer knowledge

Experience:

• 4 years relevant experience in accounts, finance, audit

Other Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Tally is essential
