📚 Educational Qualifications (Post-wise)

1. Assistant Registrar (Deputation)

• Master’s Degree with 55% marks

• 4 years’ experience as Senior Superintendent (Level 8) or equivalent

• Experience in: Finance, Establishment, Academics, R&D, Legal, Contracts, Hostel, Student Welfare, etc.

• Upper Age Limit: 56 years

2. Junior Superintendent

• Bachelor’s Degree with 55% marks

• 5 years’ experience in Administration/Finance/Academics/HR/Hostel/Legal

• Master’s Degree holders get 2 years experience relaxation

• Upper Age Limit: 34 years

3. Junior Superintendent (Security)

• Bachelor’s Degree with 55% marks

• 5 years’ experience in Police/Paramilitary/Armed Forces or reputed institutions

• Must have valid LMV & motorcycle driving license

• Experience in Firefighting/Crowd Management/E-Surveillance preferred

• Upper Age Limit: 34 years

4. Senior Engineer (Civil) – Deputation

• Diploma in Civil (60% marks)
  OR B.Tech/B.E. Civil (60% marks)

• 6 years’ service as Junior Engineer in Level-6

• Upper Age Limit: 50 years

5. Technical Officer (CCS)

• B.Tech / B.E. in CSE / ECE with 60% marks + 6 years’ experience

• OR M.Tech/M.E. (experience relaxation up to 2 years)

• OR PhD (experience relaxation up to 3 years)

• Desired: System admin, Networking, Security, Cloud, HPC, CCNA/ACMP/JNCIA

• Upper Age Limit: 42 years

6. Junior Technical Superintendent (CSE)

Any one:

• Diploma (CSE/IT) + 6 yrs experience

• OR B.Sc./BCA/Equivalent + 5 yrs experience

• OR B.Tech/B.E. (CSE/IT) + 3 yrs experience

• Master’s Degree gives 2 yrs relaxation

• Upper Age Limit: 34 years

• ₹500/- for General/OBC/EWS candidates

• No Fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women/IIT Dharwad Regular Staff

• Payment Mode: SBI e-Collect only

📝 Selection Process

For Level 6 & Level 8 Posts

• Written Test I (Mandatory)

• Written Test II (If required)

• Final merit based on:

  • WT-I: 20–40%

  • WT-II: 60–80%

For Level 10 Posts

• Written Test / Skill Test (Qualifying)

• Interview – final merit based on interview only
