Short Information :

Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU), Surat has released Employment Notice No. GAD/NT/GIA/EmpNotice/27848/2025 dated 18th October 2025 inviting online applications for Non-Teaching/Administrative positions including Junior Clerk/Typist and Junior Stenographer. Eligible candidates possessing a Bachelor’s degree and computer proficiency can apply online through the official portal up to 21st November 2025 (6:00 PM).

Candidates are required to send two hard copies of their filled applications along with self-attested documents to The Registrar, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat on or before 28th November 2025 (6:10 PM).

Eligibility Criteria for VNSGU Recruitment 2025

1. Junior Clerk/Typist

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a UGC-recognized University.

• Certificate in Basic Computer Application from a recognized institute as per Government Resolutions dated 13.08.2008 & 18.03.2016.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in Gujarati & English typing.

• Knowledge of data operation and office software.

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass C.C.C. (Course on Computer Concept) and Hindi/Gujarati Higher Level Examination during contractual period (if not already passed).

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

2. Junior Stenographer

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate from a UGC-recognized University.

• Basic computer knowledge as per Government rules.

• Adequate proficiency in Gujarati and English.

Skill Requirements:

• English Stenography: 90 w.p.m.

• Gujarati Stenography: 60 w.p.m.

• Preference to candidates having stenography and typing skills in both languages.

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass C.C.C. and Higher Level Hindi/Gujarati exams during contractual period (if not already passed).

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
