IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Recruitment 2025 – Notification Out for 64 Vacancies

Short Information : The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), South Zone, has officially released the IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Notification 2025 on 17th October 2025. A total of 64 vacancies have been announced for the post of Hospitality Monitor on a contract basis.

Eligible candidates can participate in walk-in-interviews scheduled from November 8 to November 18, 2025, at designated institutes in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in Hotel Management or Hospitality Studies to join India’s leading tourism and catering organization under the Ministry of Railways.

IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Vacancy 2025

IRCTC has announced 64 contractual posts for Hospitality Monitors.
Selected candidates may be posted in Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Thuvakudi), Kerala (Trivandrum), or Karnataka (Bengaluru), but may be deployed anywhere in India depending on IRCTC requirements.

Eligibility Criteria for IRCTC Hospitality Monitor 2025

Age Limit (as on 01.10.2025):

• UR: 28 years
• OBC: 31 years
• SC/ST: 33 years
• PwBD: 38 years

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold one of the following full-time degrees:

• B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration
• BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) from Indian Culinary Institutes
• B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science
• MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management from UGC/AICTE-recognized universities

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or catering services.

IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Salary 2025

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary of ₹30,000 per month, along with allowances:

• Daily Allowance: ₹350/day (on-duty in trains)
• Lodging Charges: ₹240/night (outstation duty)
• National Holiday Allowance: ₹384/day
• Medical Insurance: ₹1,400–₹2,000/month (reimbursable)
