This role, funded by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, is on a contractual basis for 1 year, with responsibilities focused on enhancing IITGN’s research, innovation, and entrepreneurial visibility nationally and internationally.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Essential Qualification:

• MBA or professional qualification in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in outreach, communication, or project management

Desired Skills / Experience:

• Public relations, grant management, or project management experience

• Risk management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proactive, flexible, and deadline-oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outreach and communication strategies to highlight IITGN’s research, industry collaborations, entrepreneurial ventures, and academic achievements

• Curate, create, and manage content for multiple channels: social media, newsletters, blogs, website, press releases, brochures, reports, presentations, and videos

• Act as liaison between CRC and academic, industry, government, and public stakeholders

• Manage and grow digital presence and audience engagement

• Prepare project proposals, reports, and grant-related documentation

• Identify and mitigate outreach and stakeholder-related risks

• Organize and promote events, workshops, and seminars

• Collaborate with the CRC team to meet project goals and deadlines
