📋 Key Responsibilities
This dual-profile position covers both Custom Programmes Marketing and Open Programmes Marketing within Executive Education:
Custom Programmes (B2B Focus)
-
Engage with corporate clients to understand training needs
-
Draft customized proposals (technical & commercial)
-
Coordinate with faculty and admin for program execution
-
Create high-impact marketing collaterals – brochures, case studies, videos
-
Develop MIS, dashboards and track industry trends
-
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outreach
Open Programmes (B2C/B2B Focus)
-
Design and implement marketing strategies for short- and long-term programmes
-
Develop engaging digital content and promotional campaigns
-
Analyze past data to optimize performance and conversions
-
Liaise with faculty, HR heads, vendors and internal teams
-
Follow up with leads through calls/emails and ensure successful enrollments

Monitor campaign metrics and continuously improve marketing efforts

Maintain dashboards and contribute to market research
