Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Assistant Director:
- Chemistry: M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Forensic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or Toxicology.
- Physics: M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Forensic Science, Physics, or Mathematics; or B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Electronics, or Instrumentation with one year of specialization.
- Biology: M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Forensic Science, Biology, Botany, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genetics, or Molecular Biology.
- Psychology: M.Sc., M.Tech., or M.A. with specialization in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
Senior Scientific Assistant:
- Chemistry: M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Forensic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or Toxicology.
- Physics: M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Forensic Science, Physics, or Mathematics; or B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Electronics, or Instrumentation with one year of specialization.
- Biology: M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Forensic Science, Biology, Botany, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genetics, or Molecular Biology.
- Psychology: M.Sc., M.Tech., or M.A. with specialization in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 65 years
- Age Relaxation: As per government rules.
Salary
- Assistant Director: ₹65,000 per month
- Senior Scientific Assistant: ₹50,000 per month
