The Government of Jharkhand provides online facilities to apply for Domicile (Residence), Caste, Income, OBC-NCL and EWS Certificates through its official e-governance portal. These certificates are mandatory for government jobs, educational admissions, scholarships, competitive examinations, reservation benefits and welfare schemes in Jharkhand.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria | पात्रता मानदंड

Common Eligibility | सामान्य पात्रता

• Applicant must be a resident of Jharkhand
• Details must match official government records

• आवेदक झारखंड का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए
• सभी विवरण सरकारी रिकॉर्ड से मेल खाने चाहिए

Certificate-wise Eligibility | प्रमाण पत्र अनुसार पात्रता

Domicile Certificate:
• Born in Jharkhand or residing continuously for the prescribed period
• Parents should be permanent residents of Jharkhand

• झारखंड में जन्मा हो या निर्धारित समय से राज्य में निवास कर रहा हो
• माता-पिता झारखंड के स्थायी निवासी हों

Caste Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to SC / ST / OBC category notified by Jharkhand Government

• आवेदक झारखंड सरकार द्वारा अधिसूचित SC / ST / OBC वर्ग से संबंधित होना चाहिए

Income Certificate:
• Annual family income from all sources must be declared

• परिवार की सभी स्रोतों से वार्षिक आय घोषित करनी होगी

OBC-NCL Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to OBC category
• Family income should be within Non-Creamy Layer limit

• आवेदक OBC वर्ग का होना चाहिए
• पारिवारिक आय नॉन क्रीमी लेयर सीमा के भीतर होनी चाहिए

EWS Certificate:
• Family income below ₹8 lakh per annum
• Applicant should not belong to SC / ST / OBC category

• परिवार की वार्षिक आय ₹8 लाख से कम हो
• आवेदक SC / ST / OBC वर्ग से संबंधित न हो

Choose required service:
Domicile / Caste / Income / OBC-NCL / EWS
Department: Revenue, Registration & Land Reforms Department, Government of Jharkhand

Enter personal details, address, family information and certificate-specific details carefully.
