ECHS Kolkata Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for Medical, Para Medical & Non-Medical Posts

Short Information : The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) has released the ECHS Kolkata Recruitment 2026 notification for multiple contractual vacancies in Medical, Para-Medical and Non-Medical categories. The recruitment will be conducted for ECHS Polyclinics located at Kolkata, Salt Lake, Howrah and Baruipur.

Eligible Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and Civilian candidates can submit their application form offline before the closing date. The appointment will initially be for one year (April 2026 to March 2027) and may be extended based on performance and age eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Medical Posts: MD / MS / DNB / MBBS / BDS as applicable
• Para-Medical Posts: GNM, Diploma, B.Sc MLT, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy
• Non-Medical Posts: Graduate / 8th Pass / Trade Certificate
• Experience required as per post

Age Limit (as on 01-04-2026)

• Specialist – 68 Years
• Medical Officer – 66 Years
• Dental Officer – 63 Years
• Para Medical – 58 Years
• Clerical / Driver / Support – 55 Years

Reservation

• 60% reservation for ESM in Medical posts
• 70% reservation for ESM in Para & Non-Medical posts

Selection Process

4.    Final Merit Selection

No TA / DA will be paid for interview.
