Common Eligibility | பொதுத் தகுதி
• Applicant must be a resident of Tamil Nadu

Certificate-wise Eligibility | சான்றிதழ் வாரியான தகுதி
Domicile Certificate:
• Born in Tamil Nadu or residing continuously for the prescribed period
• Parents should be permanent residents of Tamil Nadu
• தமிழ்நாட்டில் பிறந்தவராக அல்லது குறிப்பிட்ட காலமாக இங்கு வசித்து வருபவராக இருக்க வேண்டும்
• பெற்றோர் தமிழ்நாட்டின் நிரந்தர குடிமக்களாக இருக்க வேண்டும்
Caste Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to SC / ST / BC / MBC / DNC category notified by Tamil Nadu Government
• தமிழ்நாடு அரசு அங்கீகரித்த SC / ST / BC / MBC / DNC பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்தவராக இருக்க வேண்டும்
Income Certificate:
• Annual family income from all sources must be declared
• குடும்பத்தின் அனைத்து வருமான மூலங்களிலிருந்தும் வருடாந்திர வருமானத்தை அறிவிக்க வேண்டும்
OBC-NCL Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to OBC category
• Family income should be within Non-Creamy Layer limit
• விண்ணப்பதாரர் OBC பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்தவராக இருக்க வேண்டும்
• குடும்ப வருமானம் Non-Creamy Layer வரம்பிற்குள் இருக்க வேண்டும்
EWS Certificate:
• Family income below ₹8 lakh per annum
• Applicant should not belong to SC / ST / OBC category
• குடும்பத்தின் வருடாந்திர வருமானம் ₹8 லட்சத்திற்குக் குறைவாக இருக்க வேண்டும்
• விண்ணப்பதாரர் SC / ST / OBC பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்தவராக இருக்கக் கூடாது

🔹 Step 2: Registration / Login
• Login using Aadhaar / Mobile Number
• Verify through OTP
• ஆதார் அல்லது மொபைல் எண்ணைப் பயன்படுத்தி உள்நுழையவும்
• OTP மூலம் சரிபார்க்கவும்
🔹 Step 3: Select Certificate Service
Choose required service:
Domicile / Caste / Income / OBC-NCL / EWS
Department: Revenue Department, Government of Tamil Nadu
🔹 Step 4: Fill Application Form
Enter personal details, address, family information and certificate-specific details carefully.
