Domicile Certificate:
• Born in Andhra Pradesh or residing continuously for the prescribed period
• Parents should be permanent residents of Andhra Pradesh

🔹 Step 2: Registration / Login
• Login using Aadhaar / Mobile Number
• Verify through OTP
• ఆధార్ లేదా మొబైల్ నంబర్ ద్వారా లాగిన్ అవ్వాలి
• OTP ద్వారా ధృవీకరించాలి
