🎯 Eligibility Criteria | पात्रता मानदंड

Common Eligibility | सामान्य पात्रता

• Applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand
• Details must match official government records

• आवेदक उत्तराखंड का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए

Certificate-wise Eligibility | प्रमाण पत्र अनुसार पात्रता

Domicile Certificate:
• Born in Uttarakhand or residing continuously for the prescribed period
• Parents should be permanent residents of Uttarakhand

• उत्तराखंड में जन्मा हो या निर्धारित समय से राज्य में निवास कर रहा हो
• माता-पिता उत्तराखंड के स्थायी निवासी हों

Caste Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to SC / ST / OBC category notified by Uttarakhand Government

• आवेदक उत्तराखंड सरकार द्वारा अधिसूचित SC / ST / OBC वर्ग से संबंधित होना चाहिए

Income Certificate:
• Annual family income from all sources must be declared

• परिवार की सभी स्रोतों से वार्षिक आय घोषित करनी होगी

OBC-NCL Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to OBC category
• Family income should be within Non-Creamy Layer limit

• आवेदक OBC वर्ग का होना चाहिए
• पारिवारिक आय नॉन क्रीमी लेयर सीमा के भीतर होनी चाहिए

EWS Certificate:
• Family income below ₹8 lakh per annum
• Applicant should not belong to SC / ST / OBC category
