Walk-in Interview for Teaching Staff | Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University

Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU), India’s first Pharmacy University and a State University of the Government of NCT of Delhi, has released Rectt. Notice No. DPSRU/STA-GF/2026/01 for the engagement of Teaching Staff through Walk-in Interview.

The recruitment is for Assistant Professor (Short-Term Engagement) and Guest Faculty positions in various pharmacy, management, computer applications, and environmental science disciplines. Walk-in interviews will be conducted from 09 February 2026 onwards at the DPSRU campus, New Delhi.

🔹 Short Information – DPSRU Recruitment 2026

DPSRU invites qualified and motivated candidates to attend walk-in interviews for teaching positions on a temporary / short-term basis.

• Assistant Professor posts are for 06 months or till the end of the Even Semester, whichever is earlier.
• Guest Faculty posts are purely hour-based / lecture-based as per UGC norms.

Assistant Professor

• B.Pharm + Master’s Degree in relevant specialization with First Class
• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences / relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year teaching / industry / research experience
• Qualifications strictly as per UGC / PCI / DPSRU norms

Guest Faculty

• Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks in relevant subject
• NET / SET / Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations
• Teaching experience from National / International reputed institutes preferred

🎯 Age Limit

• Assistant Professor: Upper age limit 40 years (as per GNCTD norms)
• Guest Faculty: Upper age limit 69 years (maximum engagement up to 70 years)

💰 Salary / Honorarium

🧪 Selection Process

• Presentation / Personal Interview
• Only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear
• Final selection will be as per DPSRU rules and UGC guidelines
