Eligibility Criteria

To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Domicile: Candidates must be domiciles of Jammu & Kashmir. A valid Domicile Certificate is required.
Age Limit (as of January 1, 2025):

Open Merit: 18 to 40 years
SC/ST/RBA/ALC/IB/EWS/OBC: 18 to 43 years
Physically Challenged (PwBD): 18 to 42 years
Ex-Servicemen: 18 to 48 years

Educational Qualification: Varies by post. Minimum qualifications range from Matriculation (10th) to Post-Graduation. Candidates must possess the required qualification from a recognized board/university by February 25, 2026.

Selection Process

The recruitment will be based on the following stages:

1. Written Examination: The selection will be based on an Objective-Type, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) exam conducted using OMR sheets.

o Negative Marking: 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

2. Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted after the written exam will be called for Document Verification.

3. Final Merit List: Based on the exam performance, the final list will be prepared, subject to document verification.
