Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience

🔹 Technical Assistant

Qualification:
3 years Diploma in Electronics / IT / Computer Science / Computer Hardware Engineering (full-time regular course) from a Kerala Government–recognized institution or higher qualification.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience as full-time on-site IT technical support in Government Departments / Courts / PSUs.
Desirable:
6 months experience in courts under e-Courts or Judiciary e-Initiative projects.

🔹 Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Qualification:

3-year Diploma in Computer Science / Electronics / Computer Hardware, OR
Any Degree with Certificate in Data Entry / Word Processing.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in data entry, word processing, e-Seva Kendra management, or ICT handling in Govt Departments / Courts / PSUs.
Desirable:
Experience in courts under e-Courts projects.

Age Limit (as on 20-12-2025)

Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 41 Years
Eligible DOB Range: 02-01-1984 to 01-01-2007
Age relaxation applicable as per Kerala Government rules.
