OPSC AAO Recruitment 2026 Notification Out – Apply Online for 118 Assistant Agriculture Officer Vacancies

Short Information : The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has officially released the Assistant Agriculture Officer (AAO) Recruitment 2026 Notification on 31 December 2025. A total of 118 vacancies, including 40 reserved for women, have been announced for the post of Assistant Agriculture Officer (Group-B) under the Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment, Odisha.

Eligible candidates holding B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Horticulture qualifications can apply online from 10 January to 30 January 2026 through the official website opsc.gov.in. The written examination is tentatively scheduled for 19 February 2026.

Written Examination

• Two Papers (Agriculture Subject)
• Marks: 100 each (Total 200)
• Duration: 2 Hours per paper
• Questions: 100 MCQs per paper
• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks
• Qualifying nature

Interview (Personality Test)

• Marks: 25
• Shortlisting Ratio: 1:2
• Final Merit: Written (200) + Interview (25)
