Eligibility Criteria for SBI CBO Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, OR
• Professional qualifications such as CA / Engineer / Medical / Cost Accountant / Integrated Dual Degree are also eligible.

Age Limit (As on 31.12.2025)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years

Age Relaxation

• SC / ST – 5 Years
• OBC – 3 Years
• PwBD – Up to 15 Years
• Ex-Servicemen – 5 Years

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or RRB.
• Private Bank candidates must have minimum annual CTC of ₹9.50 Lakh.

SBI CBO Salary 2026

Selected candidates will receive:

Basic Pay: ₹48,480/-
Pay Scale: 48480–2000/7–62480–2340/2–67160–2680/7–85920
Plus 2 advance increments
