Bihar D.El.Ed Joint Entrance Exam 2026 – Online Application for Session 2026–2028
Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially released the notification for the Bihar D.El.Ed Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2026 for admission into the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) Programme (Session 2026–2028).
Online applications are invited from eligible candidates between 11 December 2025 to 24 December 2025 09 January 2026 through the official portal www.bsebdeled.com.
Admissions will be allotted through Merit-cum-Choice based on CBT scores and reservation rules of the Bihar Government.

🎂 Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 17 years (as on 01 January of admission year)
- No upper age limit mentioned
- Applicable for all categories equally.
📚 Vacancy / Seats
Admissions will be granted against all approved seats of Government and Private D.El.Ed Training Institutes recognized by NCTE and affiliated with BSEB.
Seat allotment will follow:
- Merit list
- Reservation rules (Vertical + Horizontal)
- Candidate’s college priority
- Stream-wise division (50% Science + 50% Arts/Commerce)
🎓 Educational Qualification
Eligibility for D.El.Ed Admission
✔ Passed Higher Secondary (+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks
✔ 5% relaxation for SC/ST/BC/EBC/WBC/EWS & PwD categories
✔ Candidates appearing for +2 Exam 2026 may apply, but admission requires qualifying with required marks
✔ Urdu candidates passed Molvi Exam with 50% marks are eligible
✔ Candidates with vocational +2 qualifications (after Madhyama/Fauqania) are eligible

Step 1 – Registration

- Click Register (New Candidate)
- Enter name, mobile, email, password → Verify OTP → Login
Step 2 – Fill Application Form
- Fill personal, educational details
- Upload:
- Photo (20–100 kb, 4.5×3.5 cm, light background)
- Signature (10–50 kb)
- Preview → Edit (if required) → Save
Step 3 – Pay Examination Fee
- Click Pay → Use Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI
- Download Application Form and keep a copy safely
⚠️ Important Instructions
- Only one application allowed; multiple forms will be rejected
- Details must match certificates; incorrect entries may cancel candidature
- Reservation claim must match uploaded certificates
- Applications filled by others/cyber cafes must be cross-checked carefully
- Corrections allowed only through Dummy Admit Card window
- All disputes fall under Patna High Court jurisdiction
