To apply for GRSE recruitment 2025, follow the two-step process: Online Application and Hard Copy Submission.

Step 1: Online Application

Step 2: Hard Copy Submission

3. Deadline: The hard copy must reach by 16th January 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

Technical Posts: Full-time BE/B.Tech in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Naval Architecture, etc.).
Medical Posts: MBBS degree recognized by the National Medical Commission.
Finance Posts: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
HR/Admin/Safety: Full-time MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in the relevant field.
Company Secretary: Associate/Fellow Member of ICSI.

2. Age Limit (as of 01.12.2025)

Maximum age ranges from 28 years for Assistant Manager (E-1) to 56 years for Executive Director (E-9), depending on the post.
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Internal candidates.

3. Experience (as of 01.12.2025)

E-9 to E-2 Posts: 5 to 26 years of experience in relevant fields (e.g., Shipbuilding, Design, Project Management, etc.).
Assistant Manager (E-1) Posts: Freshers can apply.
Junior Manager (E-0) Posts: 8 years of post-qualification experience required.

Selection Process

The selection process varies based on the post level:

For E-9 to E-2 Posts: Selection is based solely on Interview.
For Assistant Manager (E-1):

Stage-I: Written Test (85 Objective Questions).
Stage-II: Interview.

For Junior Manager (E-0): Selection will be based only on Interview.
