·         Learn and work in different library functions and services

·         Assist in library operations, user services, and digital library activities

·         Work may include shift duty, if required

·         Engagement is need-based and purely contractual

🎓 Educational Qualification- CUO Library Trainee Recruitment 2026

✅ Essential Qualification

·         Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science (MLISc) or equivalent

·         Degree must be from a recognized University/Institute

·         First Class with a consistently good academic record

⭐ Desirable Skills

·         Knowledge of computers and IT applications in libraries

·         Familiarity with digital library tools and technologies

·         Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Selection Process

·         Walk-in Interview

·         The University may conduct a written test, if required

·         CUO may restrict the number of candidates based on higher qualification or merit

Final selection will be made by the Competent Authority of the University.
