NCRTC Executive (Human Resource) Recruitment 2025 for HR Posts
National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) — a joint venture company of the Government of India and State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh — has released Vacancy Notice No. 51/2025 inviting applications for the post of Executive (Human Resource) on a direct recruitment (regular) basis.

🎓 Educational Qualification
Executive (Human Resource):
-
Full-time MBA (HR) or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management (HR) from a recognized university/institution.

Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management, Labour Laws, Establishment Rules, Performance Management, Recruitment, Disciplinary Matters, and related domains.
💼 Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess strong knowledge in HR policy formulation, employee engagement, manpower planning, and industrial relations.

Experience in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) or large private organizations will be preferred.

⚙️ Selection Process
The selection process for Executive (Human Resource) will include:

Written Test / Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 80% weightage

Interview – 20% weightage
Final merit will be based on the combined performance in the written test and interview.
