Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- Three-Year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a State Technical Education Board or a Government-recognized University/Institution
OR
- Higher qualification in the relevant discipline
Additional Requirement
- Must have passed Punjabi language up to Matric (10th standard) as per Punjab Civil Services Rules, 1994.
- Educational qualifications must be obtained on or before 21 January 2026.

- If still unresolved, Matric marks will be considered
