AIIMS Bathinda Recruitment 2026 – Walk-in Interview for Medical, Nursing & Paramedical Posts

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bathinda invites applications for various purely temporary and contractual posts under a CSR-funded project (HMEL) for Mobile Medical Units (MMU). Eligible candidates are required to appear for a Walk-in Interview on the scheduled date with duly filled application form and supporting documents.

Important Dates

·         Opening Date of Notification: 18 December 2025

·         Date of Walk-in Interview: 02 January 2026

·         Reporting Time: 09:00 AM (No entry after 10:00 AM)

·         Venue:
Department of Community & Family Medicine (CFM),
Medical College Building, AIIMS Bathinda, Punjab

Age Limit

·         Maximum Age: 40 Years

·         Age, qualification, and experience will be considered as on the last date of advertisement.

Vacancy Details

Salary includes 10% HRA. Posts are initially for one year and extendable based on project requirement and performance.

Educational Qualifications

Medical Officer

·         MBBS degree from MCI/NMC recognized institution

·         Valid registration with State Medical Council/NMC

Desirable:

·         PG Diploma in Family Medicine / Community Health / Public Health

·         1–3 years experience in public health / PHCs / mobile health programs

·         Knowledge of digital health platforms, EMR, e-Sanjeevani

·         Proficiency in English, Hindi & Punjabi

Paramedical Staff

·         DMLT / Diploma in Radiography / B.Sc or equivalent

·         Registration with Paramedical Council (if applicable)

Desirable:

·         Experience in POCT equipment, diagnostic labs, health clinics

·         Exposure to screening camps or MMUs

·         Proficiency in Punjabi

Liaison Officer

·         MPH / MSW
OR

·         Graduation in Social Work or equivalent

Desirable:

·         Experience in rural outreach, IEC/BCC, community mobilization

·         Knowledge of telemedicine and government health schemes

·         Computer proficiency and Punjabi language skills

Staff Nurse-III

·         GNM or B.Sc Nursing from recognized institution

·         Registration with State Nursing Council

Desirable:

·         Experience in outreach programs, immunization, MMUs

·         Knowledge of telemedicine, counselling, data entry

·         Punjabi language and computer proficiency

Selection Process

·         Selection may be through Interview / Written Test / Both

·         Conducted at Academic Block / CFM Department, AIIMS Bathinda

·         Final decision rests with the competent authority
