Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate from a recognized university in English & Marathi.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Degree in Law (LLB).
- Language Proficiency:
- Must be proficient in English and Marathi.
- Knowledge of at least one of these languages is desirable: Hindi or Konkani.
- Computer Proficiency:
- Must possess a computer certificate in word processing (Windows/Linux) including MS Office, MS Word, WordStar7, Open Office Org.
- Certificates from recognized institutes such as NIC, DOEACC, APTECH, NIIT, C-DAC, MS-CIT, or as specified by Maharashtra Government resolutions.

- General (Open): 18 – 38 years
- SC/ST/OBC/SBC: 18 – 43 years
- High Court / Government Employees (applying through proper channel): No upper age limit
