Short Information : Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS), under the State Rural Livelihoods Mission (SRLM), Bihar, has released the State Anchor Person Recruitment 2026 notification. Applications are invited from qualified Food, Nutrition, Health & WASH (FNHW) professionals for deployment in Sikkim, Uttarakhand, and Gujarat SRLMs.

This recruitment is being conducted as BRLPS is recognized as a National Resource Organisation (NRO) by the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India.

Educational Qualification

Candidate must possess Graduate or Higher Professional Degree from a recognized university or institution.

Experience & Skills Required

Applicants must have minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in any of the following areas:

Health & Nutrition
Food, Nutrition, Health & WASH (FNHW)
Public Health Programs
State/District level program implementation
Training & capacity building in health sector programs

Additional Skills:

Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency in MS Office and health information systems
Fluency in English and Hindi
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Experience in BCC & IEC material development
Training and capacity building experience with SRLMs

Age Limit

Maximum Age: 65 Years

Salary / Honorarium

₹95,000 per month
Or as per SRLM MoU, payable by the concerned State SRLM

Selection Process

Selection will be completed in two stages:

Stage 1 – Shortlisting

Based on educational qualification and relevant experience
Shortlisting ratio: 1:10

Stage 2 – Personal Interview

Total Marks: 50
Minimum qualifying marks: 50%

Final merit list will be prepared only on interview marks.
