Short Information : The District Mission Management Unit (DMMU), Hooghly has released an official notification for the recruitment of 46 Community Auditors (CA). Eligible women candidates associated with SHGs under NRLM can apply online from 10 November 2025. The last date to submit the application is 30 November 2025 (till 5:00 PM). The selection will be based on a written examination and an interview with computer test.

DMMU Hooghly Community Auditor Vacancy 2025
DMMU Hooghly has announced 46 vacancies exclusively for women SHG members to support social auditing and financial monitoring at the grassroots level.
DMMU Hooghly Community Auditor Eligibility 2025
Age Limit
- 25 to 40 years (as on the first day of the calendar year).
- Madhyamik admit card or equivalent will be accepted as proof.
Educational Qualification
- Essential: Higher Secondary (10+2) with Commerce background
- Alternative: Graduates from any stream can also apply
- Desirable: Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet)
Other Mandatory Criteria
- Must be a woman and an active member of an NRLM SHG for at least 2 years.
- Must possess a Member Code and be registered in NRLM MIS (LokOS).
- Should have clear understanding of Bookkeeping & Accounting.
- Must be willing to work in villages within or outside the district.
DMMU Hooghly Community Auditor Selection Process 2025
The selection includes:
1. Written Examination – 80 Marks
2. Interview + Computer Test – 20 Marks
Final merit will be prepared based on combined performance.
