Goa PSC Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 47 Lecturer, Medico Legal Officer & Other Posts

Short Information : Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC) has released Advertisement No. 02/2026 for the recruitment of 47 posts including Lecturer, Medico Legal Officer, Dean, Mamlatdar and more.

Eligible candidates with qualifications such as B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MD/MS, M.Sc, Ph.D, LLB, MVSc can apply online from 13 February 2026 to 27 February 2026 through the official website gpsc.goa.gov.in.

Eligibility Criteria

1️⃣      Dean – Goa College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences

• Master’s Degree in Veterinary & Animal Sciences (55% marks)
• Ph.D in relevant discipline
• Registration with Veterinary Council
• 15 years Teaching/Research experience
• Research publications as per UGC norms
• Knowledge of Konkani

2️⃣      Lecturer – Goa Medical College (All Specialities)

• Recognised medical qualification (as per Indian Medical Council Act)
• Postgraduate Degree in concerned speciality
• 3 years experience after PG
• Knowledge of Konkani

3️⃣      Medico Legal Officer

• Recognised medical qualification
• PG Degree/Diploma in relevant speciality
• 3 years experience (PG Degree) / 5 years (PG Diploma)
• Knowledge of Konkani

4️⃣       Lecturer – Government Polytechnic

• Engineering Posts: First Class Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant branch
• Chemistry/Maths: First Class Master’s Degree
• Knowledge of Konkani

5️⃣       Mamlatdar/Jt. Mamlatdar/Vigilance Officer

• Degree in Law
• Knowledge of revenue laws & administration
• Knowledge of Konkani

Age Limit

• 55 Years – Dean
• 45 Years – All Other Posts
• Age relaxation applicable as per Goa Government rules.
