The South East Central Railway (SECR), Bilaspur Division has invited applications for Part-Time Contractual Teachers for Railway Schools at Bilaspur and Shahdol for the academic session 2026-27.

As per the corrigendum issued on 09-02-2026, the walk-in interview for MHS/SDL Shahdol (17 posts) has been rescheduled to 20 March 2026.

Selection will be purely on a contractual / part-time basis.

🎓 PGT – Bilaspur Schools

Subjects include:

• History
• Political Science
• Commerce
• Economics
• English
• Physics
• Maths

💰 Salary: ₹27,500 per month (Consolidated)

🏫 TGT – Bilaspur & Shahdol

Subjects include:

• Hindi
• English
• Science
• Social Science (SST)
• Maths
• Sanskrit

💰 Salary: ₹26,250 per month (Consolidated)

🏫 PST (Primary School Teacher)

• To teach all subjects up to Class V
• Bilaspur – 36 Posts
• Shahdol – 09 Posts

💰 Salary: ₹21,250 per month (Consolidated)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria – SECR Contract Teacher Recruitment 2026

🔹 PGT Qualification

• Master’s Degree in relevant subject with minimum 50% marks
• B.Ed. from recognized university
• Competence to teach in English medium
• Knowledge of Computer Applications desirable

🔹 TGT Qualification

• Graduation in relevant subject
• B.Ed.
• Valid TET/CTET qualification
• Competence to teach in required medium

🔹 PST Qualification

• Senior Secondary with D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed / Diploma in Education
• Valid TET/CTET qualification
• Competence to teach in required medium

• Original educational certificates
• CTET/TET certificate (valid on notification date)
• Proof of date of birth
• Experience certificate (if any)
• Two passport-size photographs
• Duly filled application form

❌ No TA/DA will be paid.

• No claim for regularization in Railways
• Contract can be terminated with 14 days notice
• If regular teacher joins, contract may be cancelled
