Sainik School Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh), an autonomous residential school under the Sainik Schools Society, Ministry of Defence, has released an official recruitment notification inviting offline applications from eligible Indian citizens for Regular and Contractual posts including PGT Physics, PGT Computer Science, Lab Assistant (Physics), and Lower Division Clerk (LDC). Vacancy Details

🎓 Educational Qualification (Post-wise)

🔹 PGT Physics

·         Master’s Degree in Physics (50% marks) + B.Ed (NCTE recognized)
OR Integrated PG with B.Ed

·         Teaching proficiency in English & Hindi

🔹 PGT Computer Science

·         M.Sc (CS/IT) / MCA / M.Tech / M.E (CS/IT) (50% marks) + B.Ed

·         Teaching proficiency in English & Hindi

🔹 Lab Assistant (Physics)

·         Intermediate (Science) with Physics

·         Desirable: Graduation/Post-graduation with Physics

🔹 Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

·         Matriculation pass

·         Typing speed: 40 WPM

·         Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, drafting & office work

🎂 Age Limit (as on 30 January 2026)

·         PGT Posts: 21 to 40 Years

·         Lab Assistant & LDC: 18 to 50 Years

💰 Pay Scale / Salary

·         PGT (Regular): ₹47,600/- + DA + Medical + Transport Allowance

·         Lab Assistant (Contractual): ₹40,290/- (Consolidated)

·         LDC: ₹19,900/- + Allowances

💵 Application Fee

·         General / OBC: ₹500/-

·         SC / ST: ₹250/-

·         Fee to be paid via Demand Draft in favour of
Principal, Sainik School Jhansi (Payable at SBI Bundelkhand University Branch, Jhansi)

📝 Selection Process

·         Written Test

·         Skill Test / Class Demonstration (where applicable)

·         Interview

·         Final selection based on overall merit
