Vacancy Details

1. Scientist D / Senior Research Officer (Medical/Non-Medical) – 01 Post

   • Essential Qualification:

     • For Medical: MBBS/BVSc/BDS + PG Degree with 3 years’ experience OR Ph.D. in relevant field.

     • For Non-Medical: PG Degree with 3 years’ experience OR Ph.D. in relevant field.

   • Desirable: Post-doctoral research, publications in HTA/Health Economics, proficiency in R/Python/STATA.

   • Salary: ₹78,000 + HRA per month

   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years

2. Health Economist (Scientist C Level) – 01 Post

   • Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree (Public Health, Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Pharmacy Practice, etc.) + 3 years’ experience OR Ph.D. in relevant field.

   • Desirable: Ph.D. preferred; expertise in economic modeling, cost-effectiveness, proficiency in R, Python, TreeAge, AI/ML.

   • Salary: ₹67,000 + HRA per month

   • Age Limit: Up to 40 years

3. Scientist C (Medical/Non-Medical/Research Officer) – 01 Post

   • Essential Qualification:

     • Medical: MBBS/BVSc/BDS with 3 years’ experience OR PG Degree OR Ph.D.

     • Non-Medical: PG Degree in relevant field (Public Health, Biostatistics, Data Science, etc.) with 3 years’ experience OR Ph.D.

   • Desirable: Proficiency in analytical software (R, Python, TreeAge), AI/ML methods, and research publications.

   • Salary: ₹67,000 + HRA per month

   • Age Limit: Up to 40 years

4. Administrative Officer – 01 Post

   • Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Government, PSU, or University.

   • Desirable: Master’s in Economics or related field; proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.

   • Salary: ₹40,000 per month

   • Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on academic qualifications, experience, and interview performance.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

• The final results will be announced on the AIIMS Guwahati official website under the Recruitment section.

• Selected candidates must join within 14 days of the result declaration; otherwise, the offer will be passed to the next candidate on the waiting list.
