Educational Qualification

For Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT)

• 3-year Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical
• Minimum Percentage:
• General/EWS/OBC: 60%
• SC/PwBD: 50%

For Technician ‘C’

• SSLC + ITI + 1-year Apprenticeship (NAC)
  OR
• SSLC + 3-year National Apprenticeship Certificate in relevant trade
• Relevant Trades: Electronic Mechanic, Fitter, Machinist
• Minimum Percentage:
• General/EWS/OBC: 60%
• SC/ST/PwBD: 50%

Age Limit (as on 01.12.2025)

• Maximum Age: 28 Years

BEL Kotdwara Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process

The selection process includes:

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) – 150 Marks

• Pay Scale: ₹21,500 – 3% – ₹82,000 + allowances
• Grade: WG-IV
