Note: 60% of Medical Staff and 70% of Para-Medical & Non-Medical staff vacancies are reserved for Ex-Servicemen (ESM). Preference is also given to ESM in unreserved vacancies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate, BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, MBBS, Diploma, GNM, 8th, MS/MD, DMLT depending on post.
- Experience Requirements: Varies by post (3–5 years in Armed Forces or civilian equivalent, depending on the role).
- Special Notes: Candidates should meet the qualitative requirements mentioned in the official notification.
Example:
- Medical Officer – MBBS + 3 years experience
- DEO – Graduate + 5 years experience
- Peon – Class 8 + GD Trade (Armed Forces) + 5 years experience

How to Apply Offline
1. Download and carefully fill the application form from ECHS Official Website.
2. Attach self-attested copies of all required documents.
3. Submit the application in duplicate to:
OIC, Stn Cell (ECHS), HQ PH & HP (1) Sub Area, Chandimandir, District – Panchkula, Haryana – 134107
4. Applications received after 16 March 2026 will not be accepted.
Required Documents:
- Education Certificates & Mark Sheets (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation/Diploma)
- Work Experience Certificates
- Discharge Book, PPO & Service Records (for ESM)
- Two Passport Size Colour Photographs
No TA/DA will be provided for the interview. Selected candidates will undergo 10 days On-Job Training (OJT) before joining.
