The High Court of Kerala, Kochi has released multiple recruitment notifications dated 16 December 2025, inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for appointment to various Group C & Group D posts. Applications must be submitted online only through the official High Court Recruitment Portal. Separate ranked lists will be prepared for each post/recruitment number.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

🔹 Binder

·         Pass in Standard VIII or equivalent

·         K.G.T.E. in Book Binding (Lower) or equivalent

·         If unavailable, 18 months experience in book binding accepted

🔹 Duplicator Operator

·         SSLC or equivalent

·         Ability to operate duplicating machines

🔹 Attender Grade II

·         SSLC or equivalent

·         Ability to perform office attending duties

🔹 Helper

·         SSLC or equivalent

·         ITI in Electrical Engineering

·         Desirable: Plumbing / masonry skills

🔹 Telephone Operator (SC – NCA)

·         Plus Two or equivalent

·         Diploma in Electronics

·         Minimum 6 months experience as Telephone Operator / Receptionist

·         Computer knowledge

·         Working knowledge of English, Malayalam & Hindi

♿ Reservation for Differently Abled

·         4% reservation applicable (where notified)

·         Suitable benchmark disability categories include:

o    Low Vision

o    Deaf & Hard of Hearing

o    Locomotor Disability

o    Autism Spectrum Disorder / Intellectual Disability

o    Multiple Disabilities

🎯 Age Limit (Common)

·         General: Born between 02-01-1989 and 01-01-2007

·         SC/ST: Born between 02-01-1984 and 01-01-2007

·         OBC: Born between 02-01-1986 and 01-01-2007

Age Relaxation

·         PwBD: Up to 15 years

·         Other Disabilities: Up to 10 years

·         Widows: 5 years

·         Ex-Servicemen: As per rules

📝 Selection Process (Post-Wise)

🖊️ Written Test

·         Objective type (OMR)

·         Duration: 75 minutes

·         Negative marking: 0.25 mark

·         General English

·         Numerical / Mental Ability

·         Trade / Technical / Binding knowledge

🛠️ Skill Test

·         Applicable for Binder

·         50 marks

·         Minimum 50% marks required

·         No scribe allowed (PwBD candidates get compensatory time)

🎤 Interview

·         10 marks

·         Minimum 35% marks required for ranked list

💰 Application Fee

·         Binder / Duplicator Operator / Attender Grade II: ₹600–₹650

·         Helper: ₹500

·         Telephone Operator: ❌ No fee

·         SC / ST / Unemployed PwBD: Fee Exempted
