  • CAD / SOLIDWORKS / AutoCAD / CATIA V5 usage and FEA / CFD simulation (ANSYS Workbench)

  • Pre-processing tools like ICEM CFD / ANSA, LES knowledge

  • GD&T, ASME Y14.5, engineering drawing standards

  • Design for Manufacture (DFM) & Assembly (DFA) practices, mechanical assembly

  • Composite materials and advanced manufacturing techniques

  • Strong basics of structural mechanics, fluid mechanics, aerodynamics

  • Understanding of government procurement platforms (GeM, MSME) and vendor coordination
