IRCTC Hospitality Monitor 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (Any one of the following)

1. B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from CIHM/SIHM/PIHM affiliated to NCHMCT/UGC/AICTE/Govt. of India

2. BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) from Indian Culinary Institutes

3. B.Sc. Hotel Management & Catering Science from UGC/AICTE recognized Universities

4. MBA (Tourism & Hotel Management) from recognized Universities

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Walk-In Interview Schedule 2025

Place of Posting

• North-East States

• West Bengal

• Bihar

• Jharkhand

IRCTC may transfer candidates anywhere in India.

Documents Required at Interview

Candidates must bring original and self-attested copies of:

• 10th & 12th mark sheets and certificates

• Graduation mark sheets (all semesters) & degree

• Post-graduation (if any) mark sheets & certificates

• Experience certificates (in chronological order)

• 3 passport-sized photographs

Without original documents, candidates will NOT be allowed to appear.

IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Job Profile

• Supervise food production, quality, services

• Ensure compliance with hospitality standards & policies

• Manage manpower and materials for units

• Resolve customer/passenger complaints

• Collect and analyze customer feedback

• Ensure statutory compliance & hygiene standards

• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors

• Any additional duties assigned by IRCTC

General Instructions

• Contractual engagement; no claim for regular employment

• Contract can be terminated with notice (1 month / 15 days)

• Candidates from Govt./PSU must bring NOC/relieving letter

• Recruitment process may change as per IRCTC

• Security deposit of ₹25,000 (DD payable at Kolkata) required upon selection

• No TA/DA for attending interview
