Educational Qualification (Any one of the following)

B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from CIHM/SIHM/PIHM affiliated to NCHMCT/UGC/AICTE/Govt. of India

BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) from Indian Culinary Institutes

B.Sc. Hotel Management & Catering Science from UGC/AICTE recognized Universities

MBA (Tourism & Hotel Management) from recognized Universities

Supervise food production, quality, services

Ensure compliance with hospitality standards & policies

Manage manpower and materials for units
-
Resolve customer/passenger complaints

Collect and analyze customer feedback

Ensure statutory compliance & hygiene standards

Coordinate with internal departments and vendors

Any additional duties assigned by IRCTC
General Instructions

Contractual engagement; no claim for regular employment

Contract can be terminated with notice (1 month / 15 days)

Candidates from Govt./PSU must bring NOC/relieving letter
