Age Limit
- Minimum: 35 years
- Maximum: 60 years (as of application closing date)

Certificate of Competency as Master-NCV / Master (FG) / Marine Engineer Officer – Class I (DG Shipping). Minimum 20 years of experience including 5 years as faculty in DG Shipping approved institute. Knowledge of administration & finance required.

Chief Mate (FG) or Master Near Coastal Voyage (NCV).

MEO Class II (FG) or Chief Engineer NCV (MEO III).
