OUAT Assistant Professor Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in the concerned subject with 55% marks
✔ Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with 55% marks
✔ NET Qualification conducted by ICAR/UGC/CSIR
✔ 1 NAAS-rated research publication
Ph.D. Exemption (NET Relaxation)
Candidates with Ph.D. with coursework are exempted from NET, provided they have:
✔ 2 full-length NAAS-rated publications (rating ≥ 4)
Marks Relaxation
SC/ST/PwD candidates get 5% relaxation at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels.

- Ph.D. without coursework: NET mandatory
- Ph.D. registered before 11.07.2009: NET exemption under specified conditions
