🎓 SAIL MT Eligibility Criteria 2025
Candidates must meet the educational qualification and age limit requirements as mentioned in the official notification.
Educational Qualification
- Engineering Stream: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in relevant Engineering disciplines with at least 65% marks (average of all semesters) or equivalent CGPA.
- Management Stream: Full-time degree in any discipline along with MBA/PGDM/PGDBM with minimum 65% marks.
- Final year students may also apply, provided they produce proof of qualification at the time of interview.

Selected candidates will undergo training as Management Trainees (Technical/Administration) with a stipend during the training period.
After successful completion, they will be absorbed as Managers in the respective disciplines.
Pay Scale: As per SAIL rules (expected ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 pay scale)
